At Kaizen Hikes we design mountain routes between Vilanova i la Geltrú and Sitges. In the routes of Los Colls we follow the seaside, and in the routes of Parc del Foix we go across the park, direction towards Vilafranca del Penedès.

All the routes are suitable for +12 years old. You can also choose the level of intensity (from 6km up to 30km).

You can also choose among several walks, different distance and difficulty levels, fitting the route according to your physical condition.

We organize tours throughout the year. During the tours, the guide will briefly explain some of the history behind the places visited, as well as the fauna, the flora, and the geology of the environment.

Hikers will receive a map of the route with highlighted places of special interest.
